1890s Fieldstone Foundation Restoration in Somerville, MA
A century of washed-out mortar left this foundation full of open joints, with one corner close to collapse. We stabilized the corner, repointed every joint and sealed the basement with a two-coat waterproof system backed by a 30-year warranty.
Waterproofing a Leaking Precast Concrete Bulkhead in Salem, NH
After hydraulic cement, epoxy injection and spray foam all failed to stop water from entering this precast bulkhead, we removed the old repair materials, cleaned and prepared the joint, and completed a new crack repair and waterproofing system.
Repairing Failed Foundation Crack Repairs in Haverhill, MA
A foundation crack that had previously been repaired with epoxy injection began leaking again years later. We prepared the concrete and resealed the problem areas from inside the basement using our liquid rubber foundation welding method.
